License keys & machines

Each license key works on up to its plan's machine limit. First time the plugin hits /v1/activate from a given machine, we bind a hash of the machine ID to the key. Moving machines? Visit your dashboard and remove an old activation from the license's “manage activations” page.

Trial keys are capped at 1 machine and expire after 14 days; paid plans renew monthly.
